سياسة الخصوصية

رائج ("نحن"، "التطبيق"، "الخدمة") منصة تحليلات ونمو لصنّاع المحتوى على يوتيوب، متاحة عبر raej.app. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات، ولماذا، وكيف نتعامل معها، ومتى نحذفها، وحقوقك عليها.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
أ. بيانات الحساب: عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل نحصل على اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف حسابك لدى جوجل — لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك فقط. لا نخزّن صورة ملفك الشخصي.
ب. بيانات قناة يوتيوب (عند ربطها): ربط القناة اختياري. عند ربطها نصل — بإذنك الصريح وعبر خدمات YouTube API الرسمية — إلى:
- معلومات قناتك: الاسم، والصورة، والمعرّف، وعدد المشتركين، وإجمالي المشاهدات، وقائمة فيديوهاتك
- البيانات الوصفية لفيديوهاتك: العناوين، والأوصاف، والتاجات، والمدة، وتاريخ النشر، والمشاهدات والإعجابات والتعليقات
- تقارير YouTube Analytics لقناتك: المشاهدات، ومدة المشاهدة، ومتوسط نسبة المشاهدة، والمشتركون الجدد، ومصادر الزيارات (بما فيها كلمات البحث التي وصل بها الجمهور إليك على يوتيوب)، والاحتفاظ بالجمهور، وتوزيع الجمهور حسب الدولة
صلاحياتنا قراءة فقط (youtube.readonly وyt-analytics.readonly). لا نطلب أي صلاحية كتابة، ولا نستطيع تعديل أو حذف أو نشر أي شيء في قناتك. وحالياً يمكن ربط قناة واحدة لكل حساب.
ج. بيانات يوتيوب العامة: لتقديم ميزات البحث والرادار، نقرأ عبر YouTube API بيانات عامة عن فيديوهات وقنوات أخرى (العناوين، وأسماء القنوات، وأعداد المشاهدات، واقتراحات البحث). هذه بيانات منشورة للعموم على يوتيوب، ولا تتطلب إذنك، وتخضع لقواعد الاحتفاظ في البند ٤.
د. بيانات الاستخدام: الكلمات التي تبحث عنها داخل التطبيق، والمواضيع التي تضيفها، وقنوات المنافسين التي تختار متابعتها، والعناصر التي تحفظها أو تستبعدها، وإعداداتك (المجال والدولة) — لتخصيص اقتراحاتك وتشغيل ميزات التطبيق.
هـ. ما لا نجمعه: لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية أو تحليلات طرف ثالث داخل التطبيق. الكوكي الوحيدة التي نضعها هي كوكي جلسة الدخول، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.
٢. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تشغيل ميزات التطبيق: اقتراح الكلمات والفرص، وتقييم تغليف فيديوهاتك (العنوان والوصف والتاجات)، وعرض تحليلات قناتك
- تخصيص التجربة: استنتاج مجال قناتك ولغتها ودولة جمهورك لتقديم فرص ملائمة
- حساب مقاييس محسوبة في رائج (مثل مؤشّر الطلب، ومؤشّر المنافسة، وسكور الفرصة، وسكور تغليف الفيديو، وصحة القناة) من بيانات يوتيوب العامة وبيانات قناتك. تُعرض هذه المقاييس في التطبيق مع علامة «محسوبة في رائج» لتمييزها عن أرقام يوتيوب الأصلية، وقائمتها الكاملة منشورة على app.raej.app/meta/derived-metrics
- تحسين دقة الخدمة بشكل تجميعي — دون ربط أي إحصاءات مجمّعة بهويتك الشخصية
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نستنتج منها أي سمات حساسة عنك أو عن جمهورك. ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض خارج ما ذُكر أعلاه.
٣. استخدامنا لخدمات جوجل ويوتيوب
يستخدم رائج خدمات YouTube API. باستخدامك للتطبيق فأنت توافق أيضاً على:
يلتزم رائج في استخدامه للمعلومات الواردة من واجهات جوجل بـسياسة بيانات المستخدم لخدمات Google API، بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).
Raej's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
يمكنك في أي وقت إلغاء وصول رائج إلى بيانات جوجل الخاصة بك من داخل التطبيق (البند ٦) أو من صفحة إعدادات أمان حساب جوجل.
٤. التخزين ومدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات قناتك: تُخزَّن ما دامت قناتك مربوطة، وتُحدَّث دورياً من واجهات يوتيوب. عند فكّ ربط القناة أو حذف حسابك نسحب إذن الوصول من جوجل ونحذف بيانات القناة فوراً (البند ٦)
- بيانات يوتيوب العامة (عناوين فيديوهات وأسماء قنوات الغير المخزّنة مؤقتاً): تُحذف أو تُجدَّد خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى، بمهمة تنظيف تعمل يومياً
- الإحصاءات والمقاييس المحسوبة (أرقام مجمّعة مثل أعداد المشاهدات والسكورات): تُحتفظ لمدة لا تتجاوز 36 شهراً
- رموز الوصول (Tokens): تُخزَّن مشفَّرة بمفتاح مستقل عن قاعدة البيانات، ولا تظهر في أي سجلّ أو واجهة، ولا يطّلع عليها أحد
- النسخ الاحتياطية: نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية لقاعدة البيانات لاستعادة الخدمة عند الأعطال. قد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة في هذه النسخ حتى 30 يوماً ثم تُمحى تلقائياً، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر
- مكان التخزين: على خوادم مزوّد استضافة سحابية، وقد تكون خارج بلدك
٥. مشاركة البيانات
لا نشارك بياناتك الشخصية مع أي طرف ثالث، باستثناء:
- مزوّدي البنية التحتية الذين نستضيف عليهم الخدمة (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات)، بموجب التزامات سرية وبقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة
- ما يقتضيه القانون بأمر قضائي نافذ
٦. حقوقك
- فكّ ربط القناة: من شاشة «حسابي» داخل التطبيق. يسحب إذن القراءة من جوجل ويحذف فيديوهات القناة وتحليلاتها من رائج فوراً، ويبقى حسابك
- حذف الحساب: من شاشة «حسابي» داخل التطبيق. يسحب إذن جوجل ويحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك (القناة والفيديوهات والتحليلات والمحفوظات والمستبعدات وسجل البحث) فوراً ولا يمكن التراجع
- الوصول والتصحيح: راسلنا على البريد أدناه لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها، وسنستجيب خلال 30 يوماً
٧. الأمان
نتّبع ممارسات أمان قياسية: التشفير أثناء النقل (HTTPS) وفي التخزين للرموز الحساسة، وكوكي جلسة محمية، وفصل بيانات كل مستخدم عن غيره على مستوى قاعدة البيانات، وحدوداً على معدل الطلبات، ونسخاً احتياطية دورية، وتحديثاً منتظماً لمكوّنات البرمجيات. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة 100٪، لكننا نلتزم بحماية بياناتك بأقصى جهد معقول.
٨. الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد.
٩. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر أي تغيير على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث"، وإن كان التغيير جوهرياً سنخطرك عبر البريد أو داخل التطبيق.

Raej ("we", "the app", "the Service") is an analytics and growth platform for YouTube creators, available at raej.app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we handle it, when we delete it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
a. Account data: When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account ID — used only to create your account and sign you in. We do not store your profile picture.
b. YouTube channel data (when you link a channel): Linking is optional. When you link a channel we access — with your explicit consent and through the official YouTube API Services — the following:
- Channel information: name, thumbnail, ID, subscriber count, total views and your list of videos
- Video metadata: titles, descriptions, tags, duration, publish date, and view, like and comment counts
- YouTube Analytics reports for your channel: views, watch time, average view percentage, subscribers gained, traffic sources (including the YouTube search terms viewers used to find you), audience retention, and audience distribution by country
Our access is read-only (youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly). We do not request any write scope and cannot edit, delete or publish anything on your channel. Currently one channel can be linked per account.
c. Public YouTube data: To power search and radar features we read, via the YouTube API, public data about other videos and channels (titles, channel names, view counts, search suggestions). This is publicly available data on YouTube, does not require your consent, and is subject to the retention rules in Section 4.
d. Usage data: Keywords you search for in the app, topics you add, competitor channels you choose to follow, items you save or dismiss, and your settings (niche and country) — used to personalise your suggestions and run app features.
e. What we do not collect: We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics inside the app. The only cookie we set is the sign-in session cookie, and it is used for nothing else.
2. How we use data
- To run app features: keyword and opportunity suggestions, scoring your videos' packaging (title, description, tags), and showing your channel analytics
- To personalise the experience: inferring your channel's niche, language and audience country to surface relevant opportunities
- To compute metrics calculated by Raej (such as the demand indicator, competition indicator, opportunity score, video packaging score and channel health) from public YouTube data and your channel data. These metrics are shown in the app with a "Calculated by Raej" label to distinguish them from YouTube's own figures; the full list is published at app.raej.app/meta/derived-metrics
- To improve the Service's accuracy in aggregate — never linking aggregated statistics to your identity
We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for marketing, do not use it for advertising, and do not infer any sensitive attributes about you or your audience. We do not use it for any purpose beyond those listed above.
3. Our use of Google and YouTube services
Raej uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you also agree to:

You can revoke Raej's access to your Google data at any time from inside the app (Section 6) or from your Google Account security settings.
4. Storage and retention
- Your channel data is stored while your channel remains linked and is refreshed periodically from the YouTube API. When you unlink the channel or delete your account we revoke our access token with Google and delete the channel data immediately (Section 6)
- Public YouTube data (temporarily cached titles and channel names of other creators) is deleted or refreshed within 30 days at most, by a cleanup job that runs daily
- Statistics and calculated metrics (aggregate numbers such as view counts and scores) are retained for no longer than 36 months
- Access tokens are stored encrypted with a key held separately from the database, never appear in logs or interfaces, and are not accessible to anyone
- Backups: We keep database backups to restore the Service after failures. Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before being purged automatically, and is not used for any other purpose
- Location: Data is stored on the servers of a cloud hosting provider, which may be outside your country
5. Sharing
We do not share your personal data with any third party, except:
- Infrastructure providers that host the Service (hosting and database), under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent needed to run the Service
- Where required by law under a valid court order
6. Your rights
- Unlink your channel: From the "My account" screen in the app. This revokes our read access with Google and immediately deletes the channel's videos and analytics from Raej; your account remains
- Delete your account: From the "My account" screen in the app. This revokes Google access and immediately deletes your account and all your data (channel, videos, analytics, saved items, dismissed items, search history). It cannot be undone
- Access and correction: Email us at the address below to request a copy of your data or correct it; we respond within 30 days
7. Security
We follow standard security practices: encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for sensitive tokens, a protected session cookie, per-user data isolation at the database level, request rate limits, regular backups, and regular dependency updates. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your data with all reasonable effort.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any change on this page and update the "Last updated" date; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app.
