شروط الاستخدام

مرحباً بك في رائج. باستخدامك للموقع raej.app أو التطبيق ("الخدمة")، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
١. وصف الخدمة
رائج منصة تساعد صاحب القناة على يوتيوب في اتخاذ قرارات أفضل: يربط قناته، ويرى تحليلاتها، ويحسّن تغليف فيديوهاته (العنوان والوصف والتاجات)، ويبحث عن كلمات وفرص مناسبة لمجاله. التحليل التنافسي ميزة مساعدة ضمن ذلك. تعتمد الخدمة على بيانات من خدمات YouTube API الرسمية وعلى مقاييس نحسبها نحن.
٢. الحساب والأهلية
- التسجيل يتم بحساب جوجل، وأنت مسؤول عن سرية حسابك وكل نشاط يتم من خلاله
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل
- يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط
٣. ربط قناة يوتيوب
- ربط قناتك اختياري، وبعض الميزات لا تعمل بدونه. حالياً يمكن ربط قناة واحدة لكل حساب
- صلاحياتنا قراءة فقط — لا نستطيع تعديل أو نشر أو حذف أي شيء في قناتك
- يمكنك فكّ ربط قناتك أو حذف حسابك في أي وقت من شاشة «حسابي» داخل التطبيق، أو إلغاء وصولنا من إعدادات حساب جوجل
- باستخدام الميزات المعتمدة على يوتيوب فأنت توافق أيضاً على شروط خدمة يوتيوب، وتسري سياسة خصوصية جوجل على بياناتك لدى جوجل
٤. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على ألا تقوم بـ:
- استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو مخالف لسياسات يوتيوب
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به لأنظمتنا أو بيانات مستخدمين آخرين
- استخراج بيانات الخدمة آلياً (scraping) أو إعادة بيعها أو إعادة توزيعها
- إساءة استخدام حدود الخدمة أو التحايل عليها
٥. طبيعة البيانات والمقاييس المحسوبة
بعض الأرقام في رائج — مثل مؤشّر الطلب، ومؤشّر المنافسة، وسكور الفرصة، وسكور تغليف الفيديو، وصحة القناة — مقاييس محسوبة في رائج من بيانات يوتيوب، وليست أرقاماً رسمية من يوتيوب. نميّزها في التطبيق بعلامة «محسوبة في رائج»، وننشر قائمتها على app.raej.app/meta/derived-metrics. نجتهد في دقتها، لكننا لا نضمن نتائج معينة لقناتك (مشاهدات، ترتيب، نمو) نتيجة استخدامها.
أرقام يوتيوب الأصلية (المشاهدات، والمشتركون، ومدة المشاهدة وغيرها) تُعرض كما وردت من واجهات يوتيوب، وقد تتأخر عن الوقت الفعلي بحسب توفرها لدى يوتيوب.
٦. الباقات والدفع
- الخدمة حالياً مجانية خلال فترة الإطلاق
- عند إطلاق باقات مدفوعة، سنعلن الأسعار والشروط بوضوح قبل أي التزام مالي، ولن نُحصّل أي مبلغ دون موافقتك الصريحة
- يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك المدفوع في أي وقت
٧. الملكية الفكرية
- الخدمة وتصميمها وعلامة "رائج" ملك لنا
- محتوى قناتك يبقى ملكك بالكامل — نحن نقرأه فقط لتقديم الخدمة لك
- لا يجوز نسخ الخدمة أو هندستها عكسياً أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منها دون إذن
٨. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
- تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية
- لا نضمن توفر الخدمة دون انقطاع — قد تتوقف مؤقتاً للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا (بما فيها تغييرات واجهات يوتيوب وجوجل أو حدود استخدامها)
- لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة، وفي جميع الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة (أو صفراً إن كنت مستخدماً مجانياً)
٩. الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. ويحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الخدمة أو حسابك عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، مع إشعارك حيثما أمكن.
١٠. التعديلات على الشروط
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. التغييرات الجوهرية سنخطرك بها عبر البريد أو داخل التطبيق قبل سريانها. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.

Welcome to Raej. By using the website raej.app or the app (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Raej helps a YouTube channel owner make better decisions: they link their channel, see its analytics, improve their videos' packaging (title, description, tags), and search for keywords and opportunities that fit their niche. Competitive analysis is a supporting feature within that. The Service relies on data from the official YouTube API Services and on metrics we calculate ourselves.
2. Account and eligibility
- Sign-in is with a Google account; you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it
- You must be at least 13 years old
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Linking a YouTube channel
- Linking your channel is optional; some features do not work without it. Currently one channel can be linked per account
- Our access is read-only — we cannot edit, publish or delete anything on your channel
- You can unlink your channel or delete your account at any time from the "My account" screen in the app, or revoke our access from your Google Account settings
- By using YouTube-based features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to your data held by Google
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of YouTube's policies
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
- Scrape, resell or redistribute data from the Service
- Abuse or circumvent the Service's limits
5. Nature of data and calculated metrics
Some figures in Raej — such as the demand indicator, competition indicator, opportunity score, video packaging score and channel health — are metrics calculated by Raej from YouTube data; they are not official YouTube figures. We label them "Calculated by Raej" in the app and publish the full list at app.raej.app/meta/derived-metrics. We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome for your channel (views, ranking, growth) from using them.
YouTube's own figures (views, subscribers, watch time and others) are shown as received from the YouTube APIs and may lag behind real time depending on their availability from YouTube.
6. Plans and payment
- The Service is currently free during the launch period
- When paid plans launch we will clearly announce prices and terms before any financial commitment, and will never charge you without your explicit consent
- A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time
7. Intellectual property
- The Service, its design and the "Raej" mark belong to us
- Your channel content remains entirely yours — we only read it to provide the Service to you
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the Service without permission
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — the Service may pause for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control (including changes to, or usage limits of, the YouTube and Google APIs)
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service; in all cases our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us in the preceding twelve months (or zero if you are a free user)
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for violations of these terms, with notice where possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
